Ericka, the artist and mastermind behind DULCE TRUCK, bakes some of the most sinfully – deliciously – creative desserts you’ve ever set your eyes on!  Not only are they all beautifully presented, but it’s nearly impossible to put down your fork once you’ve had that first bite!  She’ll whip up an array of your favorites for your Charleston wedding and even re-create desserts you just can’t imagine not having!  She’s that great!  So, try skipping the traditional tiered wedding cake (or do both) and serve your guests yummies like lemon bars, salted toffee chocolate chip cookies, key lime tarts, caramel and bacon cheesecake (OUR FAVORITE!), brownies, bourbon brown sugar pudding, pies, tarts, truffles, cupcakes, eclairs, cobblers, cinnamon rolls, scones… you name it, she’ll bake it to perfection! … AND she’ll either come to your venue and present her desserts on beautiful trays and stands or bring her adorable truck to serve them out of!
