Conor + Andrea’s Wild Dunes Resort Wedding

As we begin to book more and more couples who are planning destination weddings in Charleston, we’re finding that we’re not always able to meet them prior to the wedding for engagement photos or a bridal session, which was the case with Andrea & Conor! So, when they reached out to us the week before the wedding, inviting us to come meet them and their extended family for drinks out on Isle of Palms, we were in! What we didn’t know though was that by the end of the night we would have gained two new friends! These two are such salt of the earth people, y’all – the kind of people you meet and then instantly wish they were your next door neighbors so you could see them on a daily basis! We laughed and joked over drinks and appetizers and instantly found a love for the two of them as we saw their silly side alongside their thoughtful and genuine selves as they talked about each other and their relationship! It made photographing this day SO SPECIAL for us… and just wait until you see the design that Meredith at Sweetgrass Social put together for them at Wild Dunes Resort, with the help of SO MANY of our favorite vendors in town! It’s one of our favorites of 2015, so enjoy!!
